Help Files for IIS Setup Are Not...er...Helpful

description

After installing the server, the installer says that you have to do some actions manually.
IIS :
Add a page - done
Port bindings - ??? (I have NO idea what to do here)
MIME types - I think so (found info on another website about Silverlight MIME types)

all of these attempt to bring up an html page in a temp directory, each has the same line that says nothing on the subject.

Is there some more information about this part of the install process? I seem to be able to to to the newly-created webpage (seems snazzy), but when I try to create a new user, I get

When I log in as an already-created user, It looks like it is waiting...forever...I never see anything interesting on the page (just the left pane)

Basically, I assume that there are a few install steps I missed, but there wasn't much to help me here...so I'm coming to this forum.

Thanks in advance for any help
